We cover 35 miles from Newport for smaller jobs up to 50 miles for bigger jobs. Past 50 miles will require additional costs.
We take payment on the day of the job, before we start. If it is a big job or few weeks ahead, 25% deposit is required to hold the date.
We do offer regular cleans, but times and dates cannot always be guaranteed however we do try to keep to the slot as regular as possible.
We offer every service within the 8 hour deep clean package but please note some jobs take much longer than others and we will only do what we can do within the allocated time slot. An example will be Carpet Cleaning or Oven Cleaning, these services take longer so therefore will take up much more of the day than other services. It always good to for us if you set a priority list before we start so we can plan the clean efficiently.
If you’re unhappy with your service, we will rectify what you’re unhappy with, with immediate effect. We always make sure before we finish that the client is happy. Once we have left the premise, a 24 hour callback is offered at no extra charge for anything missed.
If anything is damaged in your property, we will rectify it as quick as possible depending on the value. We take very good care when we are moving stuff around and will not move anything that is too heavy or is connected ie washing machines, fridges or other heavy goods and we will always check in with the client beforehand for permission.
If you need to cancel your booking, 48 hours notice is needed. If it goes past 48 hours then payment will be required in full.
We are fully trained and fully insured. This can be requested if proof is required. We are also DBS checked.
We supply everything to do the job requested, the only thing we might need from your home is access to water.
